We make these both five (5) and six (6) round. We made them to atach to the receiver of shotguns. Simply apply adhesive backed velcro to you gun and slap one of these on. We do not provide the adhesive backed velcro. You can get it at Wal-Mart, Home Depot, or Lowes.
