Special Operations Equipment (SOE) stands behind the durability of our tactical gear with a commitment to quality and mission readiness. If your gear does not meet your operational requirements, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on items in original, unused condition.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Authorization
Contact our support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any tactical gear back to our facility.
- 2.Secure Packaging
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the gear is free of debris, odors, or signs of field use.
- 3.Label and Ship
Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of your package and ship it via a trackable carrier to our designated returns warehouse.
- 4.Inspection and Processing
Once received, our quality control team will inspect the equipment for integrity; approved refunds or exchanges will be processed within 5-7 business days.
